Charlene Renae Powell, age 65, of Crestview, Florida crossed over on February 9, 2025.
She was born in Crestview, Florida to Terry and Carol Smelley. She married Eugene Powell in 1978. She was a cook for many years and a homemaker.
Charlene is survived by her ex-husband, Eugene Powell; six children, Stephen, Amy, Victoria, Jason, Niki and Crystal; 15 grandkids and 2 great-grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings.
Celebration of Life will be held March 22, 2025 at her home.
