He was preceded in death by his father, William Turner, Sr., and his mother, Laura Turner, his grandparents, Robert Turner, Sarah Turner, Julia Smith, and his niece, Felicia Youngblood.
Michael graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in Fort Walton Beach, FL in 1990. He attended Troy University and was a Mason for over 30 years. Michael never met a stranger, and if he could help you he would. He was one of the key people who started the Soup Kitchen Church of Christ @ Sylvania Heights.
Michael was a faithful and loyal man. He met his beautiful wife, Shaneeka in May 2003 and married her in two months. They were inseparable until God called him home. Michael had four children that he loved dearly. He raised his children in the church and was always active in their lives. Michael loved his family and friends and enjoyed hosting his family reunions. He was truly a family man, and he will be sorely missed.
