Obituary of Brenda Jean Gibson

Brenda Jacoby Gibson
1955-2024
Brenda Gibson, 68, Pensacola, departed this world April 22, 2024, to
join her loved ones in heaven. She was the younger daughter of
Darwin and Doris Jean Jacoby.
Brenda was a member of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection. She
was a believer in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Brenda loved her animals: horses, dogs and cats. She once worked
with racehorses. She enjoyed spending time with her sister,
Roxanne, and her loyal canine companion, Cooper. Although Brenda
had no formal training, she was a talented artist, expressing herself
through painting and creating unique wreaths. She had a very quick
wit and loved to make her sister laugh.
Brenda was predeceased by her parents and infant son, Sebastian.
She leaves behind her sister, Roxanne (Jim) Dougherty; children
AuHenri LaClair and Renata LaClair; grandchildren Marissa and
Laden. She also leaves behind loving aunts and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024, at
the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 6305 N. Blue Angel
Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32526.
