Jennifer Lynn Reckner, 48, of Navarre, FL. passed peacefully, Friday, April 1, 2022 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on March 15, 1974 to George and Bea (Newberry) Hall. Jennifer is preceded in death by her father George Hall. She is survived by her husband, Stephen R. Reckner and her children, Olivia Reckner and twin sons, Lauchlin and Logan Reckner all of Navarre, FL. Also left to cherish her memory are her devoted mother Bea Hall of Fort Walton Beach, FL; siblings, Steven K. Hall, Beth L. Risner, and Julie L. Sloan; mother-in-law, Willrene J Reckner of FWB, FL. Jennifer is also survived by her nieces and nephews who adore her, Alex Risner and wife Sarah Beth, Brianna Dillota and husband Niko, Josh Risner, Brittany Sloan, Lauren Hull and husband Brady, Madi Sloan, Jake Sloan, and Ashlynn Lozada Hall. She was a graduate of Fort Walton Beach High School and The Art Institute of Minneapolis, Minnesota. A talented artist, her creative designs can be found everywhere. She was beloved by all whom her life touched. Jennifer particularly enjoyed cooking and baking for everyone. Her door was left open to all in need, welcoming both family and friends. She made holidays festive celebrations. The multitude of loving visitors to her ICU room was a testament to her kind, generous nature. Thank you all for coming and pouring you love back into her. Her final days were spent under the care and compassion of Covenant Hospice Care at FWBMC finally succumbing from a rare disease called Amyloidosis. She fought hard for 23 days in the ICU before entering hospice care. Covenant Palliative Care 'MyWish' provided an early HS graduation for her twin boys at the hospital to fulfill her wish the day before she passed. The family would like to thank all the professional staff and volunteers at FWBMC for their kindness and care of Jen. The family will be scheduling a Celebration of life for Jennifer in the near future with her friends at Destin Snorkel Cruises where she was employed. They will be entrusted with scattering her cremated remains in her beloved marine environment, The Gulf of Mexico. Following this will be a beach cookout scheduled as a final remembrance.
