Obituary of william alan zylak

William Alan Zylak passed away peacefully after a brief illness at his home in Mary Esther, Florida on March 26, 2022. William was born on August 7, 1932 in Latrobe, PA to the late Stanley and Mary (nee Stiffler) Zylak. After serving his country for two years in the US Army he worked for Owens Illinois in Bridgeton, NJ for 28 years followed by 10 years at Gorton Seafood as a maintenance mechanic. Moving to Florida in 1996 after retirement. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing cards with friends. William was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Stanley and Richard; sisters, Catherine Caviggia and Mildred Hile; and step daughter, Sherrie Lowers. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Nina D Zylak (nee Walker); son, William (Janie) Zylak; grandson, Michael Bailey and 5 grandchildren.
