Obituary of Glenda Jan Myers

Glenda "Jan" Myers, Mary Esther FL went to her Heavenly home on August 11, 2021 after a lengthy illness. Jan was born on July 6, 1952 in Andalusia AL. She lived the majority of her life in Ft Walton Bch FL & surrounding area. She was predeceased by her father, Austin Myers, Ft Walton Bch FL & 3rd husband, John Cooley. Jan left behind her mother, Betty Watson Myers Cooley, Pace FL, sister, Gayle Myers Perry (Ed), Milton FL, daughter, Shannen Burns Berrong (Dwight), Baker FL & grandsons, David Weber (Courtney/Ryann), Clarkesville TN & Dustin Berrong (Madison), Navarre FL. Jan also leaves behind numerous cousins & friends. She had marriages to Dave Burns, Jimmy Barnett & John Cooley (deceased). Jan will be greatly missed by her family & friends. Jan requested her ashes be buried with her mother & father at Beal Memorial, Ft Walton. (Jan’s mother, Betty Cooley passed away on December 22, 2021 and Jan’s ashes will be buried with her mother on January 5, 2022 at Beal Memorial Cemetery (Hope section), Ft Walton Bch FL.)
