Obituary of begona valverde shrecengost

Begoña Valverde Shrecengost, age 73, of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center with her daughter, Christina, by her side. A Memorial Mass will be held 12:00 PM Monday, November 1, 2021 at Family-Funeral and Cremation, located at 101 Mary Esther Boulevard Mary Esther, FL 32579, with Father Doug Martin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Begoña, daughter to the late Gustavo Valverde-Guerra and Ramona Ruiz Guinea, was born October 30, 1947 in Aranguren, Vizcaya, Spain. She was a member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, enjoyed bingo, and cooking. Begoña loved to take walks, looking at the beautiful sunsets, and going to the fairgrounds to pick up local vegetables. Those left to cherish her loving memory include her daughter, Christina Ruth Shrecengost of Fort Walton Beach, FL; brothers Gustavo Valverde of Madrid, Spain, Inaki Valverde of Sangüesa, Navarra, Spain, and Alberto Valverde of Madrid, Spain; numerous other relatives and friends.
