I delivered Meals on Wheels to Ms Narcisse for the past 18 +/- months. She was so kind to me, and Hercules always gave me a robust welcome. I would put her box in the kitchen and leave with her parting benediction of: "Be safe". Bless you, Ms Narcisse, and your dear family. She showed me pictures of her beautiful daughters, of whom she was so very proud. From time to time she would share stories of growing up in NOLA and MardiGras with me. She also was a proud USAF veteran of the Korean War era. /s/ Darrel Taylor
