Obituary of Leanna kathleen anthonsen

Leanna Kathleen Anthonsen, age 73, of Milton, FL passed away peacefully on December 4, 2022, in her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Stephen and Edna Blanche Hurford, and one sister, Marianne Hurford. She is survived by her husband, Edward Anthonsen; three sons, Aaron Anthonsen of Fayetteville, GA, Todd Anthonsen of Austintown, OH, and Neil Anthonsen of Milton, FL; one brother, David Hurford of Canfield, OH; two sisters, Gratia (David) Ifft of Clover, SC, and Cindy (Gerry) Millan of Navarre, FL; and one granddaughter, Story Anthonsen of Fayetteville, GA. Leanna was born in Poland, OH and graduated from North High School in Youngstown in 1967. Leanna loved nature and was a lifelong gardener, holding a degree in horticulture from Kent State University. In her final wishes she did not desire a funeral but asked that her ashes be scattered near her childhood home in Poland, OH. The family will also plant a tree to honor her memory.
