Obituary of nita mae head

Nita Mae Creppel Head, 70 of Pensacola, Fl., was called home to be with her savior on Saturday, October 22,2022. She was born in Lafitte, La. on January 11,1952 to Clarence and Marie Creppel. She married Billy Joe Head on January 12,1974. She was a housewife and also a caregiver to many children. She loved talking about her childhood and working at the shrimp factory. She had many hobbies, but her favorite pastime was being with her grandchildren and her great grandson Riley. Nita is survived by her mother; Edna Leona Creppel Billiot and her children: Daughters Ina Floyd of Pensacola, FL, Heidi Heindel (Marilyn Henderson) of New Orleans, LA, Christina Griffin of Fort Worth, TX. Grandchildren: Brad Tolleson of Ethel, LA, Brandy Tolleson (Chris Moody) of Baton Rouge, LA, Jorrin Jackson of Shreveport, LA, Blaine Heindel of New Orleans, LA, Victoria Heindel of New Orleans, LA, Tiffany Gilcrease of Fort Worth, TX, Yvonne Gilcrease of Fort Worth, TX, and Briana Stallcup of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Great grandchildren: Riley Kristopher Moody, Elijah Gilcrease, Olivia Trottier, and Madeline Espinosa. Siblings: Tessie Maddox of Pensacola, FL, Peter Billiot jr. of Pensacola, FL, Rebecca Frye (Phillip Frye) of Pensacola, FL, Frances Billiot of Pensacola, FL, Linda Pierce (John Pierce) of Pensacola, FL, Tammie Hardy of Pensacola, FL, David Billiot (Karen) of Marrero, LA, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Joe Head, Daughter Billie Jo Head Tillman, Grandsons: Dakota Tolleson and, Braden Tolleson. Parents: Clarence Thomas Creppel Sr., Marie Bruce Creppel, and Peter Billiot. Siblings: Louise Maise, Rose Mae Creppel Christen, Clarence Creppel jr., Alecia Creppel Davenport, Leona Creppel Brunet, Adam Creppel. The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice for the great care they gave her and the family. Nurse Carolyn was Amazing.
