I met with Roy for fitness training twice a week. He was always professional and did his job well and with pride. I miss his smile and humor. I know he loved his brother who was overseas and his dogs. Rest in peace Roy.
Roy taught the senior fitness class at Anytime Fitness. He made the class fun and we all looked forward to going. He was kind and cared about everyone. We will miss him so much.
Roy was the trainer at Anytime Fitness and had many who looked for advice in getting fit. He was alway helpful and many ask about him when he was not in place at 5am. He will be sorely missed. God's speed.
