I knew Tico and his family during my childhood years in Miami. His sister, Diane, and I are dear friends. The comments above Tico being easy going and adventurous certainly ring true. I was saddened to hear of his passing. He and I are the same age, off by just one day. May he Rest In Peace. ❤️
Tico was one of a very rare breed. Always quick with a smile, upbeat and a true joy to be around. Loved and lived life to the fullest. He will be missed by me and many others.
