Obituary of Robert Alfred Depascalis

Robert Alfred DePascalis of Pensacola, Florida passed away on July 28, 2022. Robert was born April 17, 1939 in Jersey City, New Jersey. He graduated from St. Peters Highschool in Staten Island, New York. After graduation Bob served his country for 16 years in both the Navy and the Airforce. He worked as a manager in the garment and restaurant industry as well as a life insurance agent. Bob was a family man who enjoyed old fashioned BBQ’s, yard work and home improvement projects, fishing, spending time with his children, and his dogs. Bob will join in Heaven his parents, Alfred DePascalis and Louis Pecararo DePascalis; and brothers-in- law, Billy Grib and Jim Palermo. Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 23 years and care taker Cynthia Dianne DePascalis; children, Peter Vincent DePascalis, Lora Louise DePascalis, Lisa Marie DePascalis, Christopher Michael DePascalis; sisters, Rosemary Harford, Gloria DePascalis, Maryann Grib, and Gerry DePascalis; 16 grandchildren, Jordan DePascalis, Ryan DePascalis, Alana DePascalis, Joshua Depascalis, Cory DePascalis, Kayla Edgett, Lucca DePascalis, Ruby DePascalis, Amelia DePascalis, Harper Rose DePascalis, Hudson James DePascalis, Peter Vincent DePascalis, Nicholas John DePascalis, Julian Ludwig, Isaac Ludwig, and Ione Kelly; 3 step-grandchildren, Isabella Grace Mayor, Sophia Mayor, and Gabrielle Mayor; 2 great-grandchildren, Everlea DePascalis, and Liam Kelly; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Visitation will be held at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church in Pensacola, Florida, on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 10:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Robert will be laid to rest at Barrancas National Cemetery on Thursday August 4 th , 2022 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to your local Veterans association, Shriners association, or Knights of Columbus.
