Obituary of carol patricia christian

Carol, age 83 went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 17, 2022. She was born in Montreal Canada in 1939 and worked at the bank of Montreal. Carol came to Pensacola in 1960 and was a secretary with the Escambia County School System for 20 years, a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, New Life Sunday School Class, Choir, and Worship Chairperson. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Ada Roker, James (Erika) Roker, Many (Ed) Yersh, and late husband James (Jim) Harris, she is survived by her husband Chuck Christian, sisters Nancy (Colin) Tabbiner, and Diana (Jim) Henry, brother Kenny (Julia) Roker, three sons Gary (LiLi Gilbert) Harris, Kenny (Cathy) Harris, Danny (Anna) Harris, and six grandchildren. She was a very loving and caring person and committed to volunteering within the church and community. Her hobbies were knitting and cross stitch. Much thanks go to Council on Aging, Mission Home Health, and Emerald Coast Hospice. Celebration of Life will be on Aug. 20th at Cokesbury United Methodist Church at 2:00 pm.
