Obituary of melvin ronald kogelman

Melvin R. Kogelman, 60, passed away peacefully in his home on April 26, 2022, with his brother Larry by his side. He was born June 8, 1961, in Mt. Clemens the son of William and Shirley (Hunt) Kogelman. He was a Graduate of Eisenhower High School and served in the U.S. Army for 3 years. Melvin lived in Michigan until 1999, and then moved to his final residence in Milton, Florida. He was also a Member of VFW post 4659 in Shelby Township, Michigan, and the American Legion in Florida. He is survived by his Daughter Katherine Fitrakis (John) of St. Petersburg, Florida and siblings; Betty Rozumny of Kimball, Richard (Jackie) Kogelman of St. Helen, Larry (Vicky) Kogelman of Macomb, Donald Kogelman of Leonard, Pauline (Leo) Thorlakson of Oxford and Marie (Art) Miller of Clinton Twp. Many nieces and nephews and close friends, Garen and Catherine Blythe. He was preceded in death by his Father William Kogelman, Mother Shirley Kogelman, Brother Alfred Kogelman, and Twin Brother Calvin Kogelman.
