Obituary of glen alan payne

Glen Alan Payne, 65, of Milton, Florida passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022. Glen was born on May 15, 1956, in Granite City, Illinois, the son of Charles Sherman Payne and Judith Davidson Hancock. Glen married his beloved wife Pennie Payne on February 7, 2009, in Niceville, Florida at Generations United Church. Glen was a loving Husband, Father, Stepfather and Grandfather who served his family and his country with pride. He was a member of the Air Force for 10 years as an Air Crew Medical Service Tech, followed by a continued civilian career as a nurse. Glen is survived by his wife Pennie Payne, his mother Judith Hancock, brothers; Brian Payne, Kevin Payne, and Robert Hancock, Daughter Kelly Payne Bitter, Son Charles Payne, Stepdaughters; Rebecca Byrd and Robin Sallee, Grandchildren; Bentley and Bryson Byrd, Brandon, Bella, Jonathan, and Joseph Sallee and don’t forget his dog, Camo. Memorial Service is scheduled Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Please meet at Olive Baptist Church-Warrington Campus at 12:30pm for funeral procession to Barrancas National Cemetery for a 1:30pm memorial service. You must be part of the procession to enter Barrancas without being stopped for credentials, so please arrive at the church parking lot by 12:30pm.
