Obituary of Deborah Elaine Chapman

Deborah Elaine Chapman (Cline), nee' Culpepper, 74, passed away at home on Thursday, February 3, 2022 in Pace, Florida. Debbie is survived by her husband Stephen D. Chapman, and her three sons Keith Cline of Summerton, S.C., Kevin Cline of Pace, Florida and Michael Cline I of Milton, Florida. Debbie leaves behind her loving sisters and brother Marlene Porter of Tallahassee, Becky Davila of Lehigh Acres, Fred Culpepper of Key West, 6 loving grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and many loving nephews, nieces, and cousins. Debbie was preceded in death by her Father, John Culpepper, her older brother Johnny, older sister Linda, her mother Marilyn Culpepper, and her younger sister Cathy. Debbie was born in West Point, NY, in 1947, and later moved to Key West. After graduating from Key West High School in 1965 she moved to San Diego, CA. where she married her first husband, Michael Cline. In 1993 Debbie married her second husband, Stephen D. Chapman. Celebration of Life will be held at Christ United Methodist Church between 3:00pm and 5:00pm, with Pastor Tony Antonelli officiating. There will also be a Memorial Service for a large group of relatives in Orlando, at the home of her nephew; William, later this month.
