Obituary of carl david swanson, jr.

Carl David Swanson, Jr. passed away on Thursday, January 20th, 2022, at the age of 61, in Pensacola, Florida, after a long battle with cancer. David was born May 5th, 1960, in Victorville, California and lived his early years in Warwick, Rhode Island. His family later moved to Pensacola where he graduated from Woodham Highschool. Throughout his life he was often found at the beach, on his boat, or surfing. He was a local business owner for many years. David was preceded in death by his parents Sue and Carl “Swannie” Swanson, and his brother Lanny. He is survived by his son Cameron, his daughter Kandace, his brothers Craig and Danny, and his sister Kathy. Memorials will be held on Monday, January 24th at 12:30pm at The Family Funeral and Cremation on Davis Hwy to celebrate his life. All are welcome.
