Obituary of kittie MaRIE carpenter

Kittie Marie Carpenter affectionately known as “Kit Kat & Ri “. 76, Passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 @ her home enveloped in the arms of her daughter. She was born Kittie Marie Johnson on February, 22, 1945 to parents Walter & Kittie Johnson, in Birmingham, Alabama. She met and married, later in life to her husband, Paul Carpenter who passed in 2018. He was the love of her life and with him she flourished. “Ri” was always helping others. She had the most beautiful blue eyes. She had 3 children, Juanita, John & Sonja, to whom she’d say “wild child you drive me wild” She was referred to as “the funniest person I know” She was a poet at heart, loved music & loved to dance. “Ri” is survived by 4 siblings, Bubba, Betty, Miriam and Joe. She had 5 Grandchildren, Stevie, Cody, Krystal, Tosha and Destiny. She had 11 Great grand children and 1 dog, Leia. May our beloved matriarch rest in eternal peace. She will be dearly missed and never forgotten. In Lieu of flowers please donate to your local dog pound.
