Obituary of richard Lee chase

Richard Lee Chase, 48, of Wewahitchka, FL, went to be with his Lord on August 8th, 2021. He was a beloved and loving son, husband, stepfather, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Chase and his first wife, Bobbi Chase. He is survived by his second wife, Julie Chase; his stepchildren, Christina Pretzsch (Brent) of Willow Spring, NC; Charles “Tre” Ellis (Rebecca) of Sanford, NC; Andrew Ellis of Burlington, NC; his grandchildren, Colin and Kaleb Price, Emogene Ellis; his mother, Nancy Chase of Clayton, NC; his siblings, Scott Chase (Terri) of Richmond, VA; Aimee Parham (James) of Clayton, NC; Betsi Keltz (Matt) of Viera, FL; Dan Chase of Franklinton, NC; Mary Chase of Abilene, TX; Glory Allen (Benjamin) of Tulsa, OK; and Deborah Smith (Robert) of Clayton, NC; as well as many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 4, 2021, from 1:00-2:00pm at West Fayetteville Baptist Church, 2465 Gillis Hill Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304; where a memorial service will follow at 2:00pm.
