Obituary of Barbara Loftin Petersen

Barbara Loftin Petersen, 76, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021. Barbara Jean Loftin Petersen (Bobbie) was from Pensacola, Florida and attended Pensacola Tech High School, and Pensacola Junior College. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked for 33 years specializing in Geriatric care in Pensacola area nursing homes and private duty. Barbara enjoyed spending her off time with family and enjoyed Arts and Crafts. She is preceded in death by both her parents, Jesse and Vera Loftin: brothers, Billy R. Loftin, and Philip Loftin; sisters, Elizabeth A Loftin, and Mary Katherine; son, Kennith Adams and grandson, Dustin D. Martin. She leaves to cherish her memories, sons, Timothy B. Barker, Kevin J. (Lorie) Adams, Daniel L. (Alicia) Adams; a daughter, Regina R. Barker; granddaughters, Ashlee N. Adams, Krystal M. Risinger, Alicia Barker, Taylor Mae Adams, and Sierra Rhody; grandsons, Kennith Adams, Jay A. Dudzik, Brandon B. Barker, and Daniel Alex Adams, 19 great-grandchildren: two brothers; Steven Loftin and Edward Loftin: and a sister; Alice Laughery.
