Obituary of eloise mcarthur denham
Eloise McArthur, 81, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
She was born to the late, Willie F. and Ada McArthur, January 4, 1939, in Pensacola. Growing up with 11 siblings she would recount her adventures of living in a large family, often times, funny and heartwarming.
Eloise married Clifford Denham in 1959 and together, in their 58 years of marriage they enjoyed making home improvements, fishing and countless casino trips.
She was predeceased by her husband, Cliff, in 2017 and a daughter, Renea, in 1990.
She is survived by her daughter; Rebecca (Larry) Minchew; son, Russell Denham and 3 grandchildren, Nicholas Minchew, Olivia (Mark) Bernhardt and Raechel (John) Dumas.
Eloise was a very loving mother and grandmother. She had a vivacious personality and loved to laugh, flower gardening, scratching off lottery tickets and eating a big bowl of ice cream while watching her favorite game show, Jeopardy. She will be dearly, missed.
The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice and two very special people who gave her peace, comfort and dignity in her final days, Lashay Scott and Deanna Walton-Edwards.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
