Obituary of thomas marconi grissom, iii

Thomas Marconi Grissom III, 75, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2020. Thomas was born in June, 1945 in Pensacola, FL and attended Escambia High School. He worked Civil Service for close to 30 years as a machinist where he traveled around the world fixing fighter jets and helicopters including Pensacola’s very own Blue Angels. He was also in the National Guard for 6 years. Thomas coached both of his children at Brent Ballpark for 20 years and followed Braves baseball for over 50 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Grissom Jr. and Dorothy Grissom; sister, Brenda Drenning and In-laws, Harry and Doris Rau. Thomas is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sandra; son, Thomas (Kimmee) Grissom IV; daughter, Shay Adams; grandchildren, Courtney, Casey, Lennox and Talon; brothers, Philip (Susie) and Ronnie (Pam); sister in law, Stephane Lowe; niece, Samantha (Gary) Fletcher and many other nieces and nephews.
