Obituary of deborah ann yates

Deborah (Debbie) Ann Yates, 57, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away peacefully August 15, 2020. Debbie was born September 8, 1962 to Billy Ray and Margaret Elizabeth Yates in Pensacola, Florida. Being from a proud military family, Debbie’s earlier years found her in a few different cities before settling in Pensacola. She was a graduate of Pine Forest High School and of Pensacola State College, where she received degrees in both dental hygiene and dental assisting. She enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a dental hygienist for Dr. Marcus Paul for over 30 years. Beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, Debbie was predeceased by her father, Billy. She is survived by her mother, Margaret; sisters, Mary (Mike) Chandler of Clarksville, TN, and Pat Gregory, Peggie Yates, Tina (Tim) Dunson, and Cathy Yates, all of Pensacola, FL; and many nephews and nieces. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Debbie was a life-long member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church (Bellview). Due to current restrictions on assemblies, a celebration of life mass and interment will be planned for a later date.
