Richard Roy Riddle, 63, of Freeport, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at the Sunset Beach Clubhouse, (Southwind at Bluewater Bay), 77 Sunset Strip, Niceville, FL 32578 from 1:00-4:00pm with Air Force Honors rendered at 2:00pm.
