Obituary of christopher shane milstead

Christopher Shane Milstead, 41, of Cantonment, FL, our beloved son went peacefully to his Heavenly home on November 21, 2019 surrounded by his family. Chris was born August 10, 1978 in Pensacola, FL to Melvin Milstead and Sheila Peek (Gafford). Chris attended J. M. Tate High school in Gonzales FL graduating in the class of 1991. Chris was a loving man full of life and always with a smile on his face and always willing to help his family and friends. Chris is preceded in death by his father, Melvin Milstead; grandparents, Walter K. and Lucretia Gafford and Ray and Grace Peek; stepbrother, Anthony Peek. Chris is survived by his mother and step-father, Sheila and Tommy Peek; children, Shane and Dylan Milstead of Foley AL and Rylie and Colten Milstead of Milton FL; stepbrothers, Tommy and Richard Peek; stepsister, Shawntaye Keith and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00 am at Farm Hill United Methodist Church, 1251 Muscogee Road, Cantonment, Florida 32533. In Lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Christopher's name.
