Obituary of steven david herron

Steven David Herron passed away in Crestview, Florida on September 20, 2019 at the age of 37. Steven is preceded in death by his mother and father, Pong Yon Chu and David Roy Herron. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Meghan Elizabeth Herron of 3 years. They were married in Holt, Florida on December 10, 2016. He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Linda Herron of Fort Walton Beach, Florida and his daughter, Jordan Elizabeth Lee of Crestview, Florida. Steven was born in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on April 23, 1982. He graduated from Choctaw High School in 2001 and went on to earn a Correctional Officer certification from North West Florida State College in 2010. He worked as a correctional officer for Okaloosa Correction Institute. Steve enjoyed working on cars, spending time with family and friends, and watching college football, Atlanta Braves Baseball and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Anyone who knew Steve knew he was an avid Alabama Football fan Roll Tide. A celebration of life will be planned for Steve at a later date.
