Obituary of Harold Douglas Turberville, sr.

Harold Douglas Turberville, Sr., 77, of Holt, Florida passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019. He was born April 25, 1942, in Century, Florida to C.J. and Etta Mae Turberville. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Harold Douglas, Jr. He is survived by his wife, Joyce; daughter, Sonja (Mike) Cook; granddaughters, Cassi Griswold and Railee Cook; great-granddaughter, Olivia Bramlett; stepdaughter, Kimberly Dwyer; stepsons, Zack (Misty) Dwyer and Duane Dwyer; sister, Mae Harrelson; nephew, J.W. Brown and nieces, Kay (Roger) Brown and Sandy Brown. Doug grew up in Pensacola and was a painter/handyman by trade. He loved fishing, playing cards, bowling and his grand babies. His wife was his best friend and fishing buddy. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 6:00-8:00pm at Marcus Pointe Baptist Church, 6205 North W Street, Building A, Pensacola, Florida 32505.
