Obituary of Jeannine E. Parton

Jeannine Parton, 73, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018. She was a loving wife and mother of two children. Jeannine was born on June 23, 1945, in Utica, New York to William and Dorothy Arnold. She was a homemaker for many years and then became a caretaker to others. She was married to Charles Parton and raised her two children, Shannon and David. Jeannine loved her church family at Lawton Baptist Church, friends at Bayview Senior Center, and her two fur babies, Molly and Isabelle. She loved to cook and making a huge spread for others to enjoy. No one ever left on an empty stomach. She loved her Lord and reading her bible. Jeannine was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Parton; parents, William and Dorothy Arnold and brother, Billy. She is survived by her children, Shannon (Mike) Kohler and David Papierz; grandchildren, Natalie, Jessica, Thomas, Savannah, Gage, Chloe, and Kiersten; sister, Colleen Abraham; special friends, Eth Roberts, Theresa, CJ and GIGI. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 20th, 2018 at Lawton Baptist Church, 7845 Lawton Street, Pensacola, Florida. The procession for the Committal Service will meet at 1:00 pm at Olive Baptist Church-Warrington Campus, 103 W. Winthrop Avenue, Pensacola, Florida 32507 for the 1:30 pm service at Barrancas National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please donate to American Cancer Society or local Humane Society.
