Obituary of Kevin "Yank" Stroud

Kevin Wayne “Yank” Stroud, 55, of Pensacola, Florida passed away Monday, August 13, 2018. Kevin was born on July 13, 1963 in Ottawa, IL. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edward Johnson, Catherine Johnson, Sam Stroud and Minnie Stroud; his father, Abraham Stroud; his siblings, Jack Stroud and Mary Ellen Stroud; his nephews, Christopher Stroud and Rodney Stormes and his great-nephew, Skylar Abraham Panko. Kevin is survived and loved by his wife, Sheri Johnson-Stroud; his daughters, Lindsey Stroud, Kylie Stroud and Teresa Dunn; his mother, Marcia Joan Stroud; his brothers, Clay Stroud, Frank (Wayvon) Stroud and Sam (Tammy) Stroud; his sisters, Faye (Danny) Stormes and Cathy Pace; his nephews, Junior Stormes, Leslie Stroud, Jamie Bienemann, Sam Stormes, Brett Panko, Matthew Stroud, Josh Stroud and Robert Panko; his nieces, Sandy Nees, Sherry Barbier, Michelle Murphy, Jessica Amburgy, Melissa Beverly and Brittany Panko as well as many other loved family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the New Hope Christian Center, 3848 Davis Highway. A Celebration of Life will follow at Ruby’s, 11890 Mobile Highway.
