Obituary of Donna Marie Church

Donna M. Church, 59, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Donna was born March 20, 1959 in Detroit, Michigan but was currently residing in Gulf Breeze. Donna was a child care supervisor at West Navarre Primary in Navarre, Florida. She worked at community schools. Donna was a loving sister, wonderful aunt and a beautiful person and friend. Her quick wit and sense of humor always entertained everyone around her. Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Church; mother, Wanda Litwalk; sister, Pam Cady and brother, William Litwalk. Donna leaves behind many siblings; Kathy Zdunzyk, James Litwalk, Deborah (Robert) McLeod, John Litwalk, Robert (Nicole) Litwalk, Sally (Mark) Lorey, Betty (Dennis) Rader and Linda Palmgren. Donna also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 pm on Sunday, September 2, 2018 in her home state of Michigan at 8216 Bunton Road, Willis, Michigan 48191, the home of Robert and Nicole Litwalk. If you wish to attend, please bring any of your favorite photos, memories and stories you have of Donna. In lieu of flowers, please donate to help cover final medical expenses. Please contact Sally Lorey or Betty Rader via Facebook. Any donations will help cover final medical expenses and excess will be used to buy toys for Motts Children’s Cancer Ward in Michigan. This is the center that Donna wished to donate to. It brought her much joy this past Christmas season when she was able to pass out toys to the children who suffer from cancer.
