Obituary of David Alfred Willbrand

David Alfred Willbrand, 80, of Cantonment, Florida passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. David was born on December 29, 1937 in Orchard Farm, MO to his parents, Ervin and Esther (Hagemann) Willbrand. David had lived in Cantonment for the past 25 years with his wife, Geraldine (Hughes) Willbrand. He was in the construction business for both home building and road construction for almost 40 years. He was a Member of the Laborer’s Union 660 and was the Maintenance Supervisor for Eddie Mercer and Allen Turner Automotive Groups for 17 years. David was a supporter of the NRA, enjoyed boating on the Mississippi River, carpentry work and later in life, he enjoyed the company of his furry friends, Potter, Mia and J.R. He was preceded in death by his father, Ervin Willbrand; his mother, Esther (Hagemann) Willbrand; brothers, Kenneth Willbrand and Carl Willbrand and his sister, Lois Willbrand. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Geraldine (Hughes) Willbrand; daughters, Tammy Meyers and Tracie (Patrick) Welsh; he was the proud Grandpa of one grand-daughter, Paytin Welsh; brothers, John (Charlene) Willbrand and Roger Willbrand and many extended family and friends. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 3:00-5:00pm on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 7253 Plantation Road, Pensacola FL 32504. .
