Obituary of Brandt Lee Smith

Brandt Lee Smith, 38, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018. He was born in Slidell, LA and was a graduate of Gulf Breeze High School. He was a former First Class Boatswain’s Mate at the U. S. Coast Guard Academy. He studied Environmental Engineering at Pensacola State College. He was a sales representative at ABC Supply, Inc. in Pensacola, Florida. Brandt absolutely loved the outdoors. He was known for his mastery and love for fishing, boating and hunting. One of his favorite places he had visited was Alaska. He truly loved wildlife and had a true love for animals. Brandt was a loving father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and friend. He was kind and caring to others. His words of wisdom had the ability to bring a smile to peoples’ faces. He had a hidden and pure talent for drawing and his drawings grace the walls of our home. Brandt is survived by his loving daughter, Madison Smith; parents, Terry and Kim Smith; brother, Bradford “Brad”, his wife Stacey and their son Kolten Smith; sister, Brittney Smith of Gulf Breeze, FL; grandmother, Peggy Smith of Saraland, AL and many nieces, nephews, aunt, uncle and other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Pensacola Beach Community Church, 920 Panferio Drive, Pensacola Beach, Florida.
