Obituary of Charles G. Fournier

Charles G. “Chuck” Fournier, 71, is finally home with his Lord and Savior after a courageous three year battle with cancer. He was born on February 11, 1947 to George Fournier and Irene Talbot and raised in Manchester, NH where he graduated from Bishop Bradley High School. After serving in the Air Force and during his service in the Air National Guard as a medic and radiology tech in Portsmouth, NH, he worked in the family owned furniture business. He was then employed by UPS in Laconia, NH for 35 years. Shortly after retiring, he relocated to Pace, FL with his wife, Patricia Trudel. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Christine LaFlamme. Chuck loved his life-long friends and family with his whole heart and was a devoted step-father to Jessica and Joana Trudel and to three grandchildren, Jack and Lilah from Pace, FL and Tessa Richardson of Gilmanton, NH. Surviving members of his family include his sister-in-law, Cheryl Colestock and family, god-child Samantha Dawson, the Bourgeious family of Gilford, NH and the Fournier and Thompson families. Chuck was a member of Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida and as a devoted follower of the Lord, believed Jesus when He said, “This day you will be with me in Paradise.”
