Obituary of Ricky Lee Slaughter

Ricky Lee Slaughter, age 27, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017. He was born in Riverside, CA and moved to Pensacola in 1995 from San Diego, CA. He was a landscaper by trade, but also enjoyed granite masonry, softball, baseball and being a chef. He also loved the beach, fishing and being outdoors. He was a member of the Harbor of Love in Holley, Florida. He is survived by his daughter, Andrea Slaughter; mother, Vicki Lynn Slaughter; father, Lloyd Lee Smith, Jr. ; brothers, Jason Thomas-Hoyle, Eric Keith Hoyle; aunts, Linda Cabello, Paula Darrow and Deborah Nelson; uncles, Michael Silva, Shay Green, Michael Campbell, Phillip Smith and Shawn Smith. Visitation will be at Family-Funeral & Cremation, Saturday, May 13, 2017, 11:00am-1:00pm, service immediately following with Pastor Jonathan Sansom officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his mother, Vicki Slaughter.
