Obituary of Michael Bailey

The greatest joy we can experience in life is giving to others. Michael Bailey created this joy in his life by giving each day to those he saw in need purely because he cared. Our husband, father, son, and brother was taken from us on January 10, 2017 while selflessly helping others.Michael’s loving and compassionate nature should set the example for others to follow. He and his infectious smile have touched the lives of many. It is our hope that his goodwill will continue through all those that have crossed his path. Michael created a beautiful life for himself and there was no greater happiness than spending time with his family. Everything he did was in love and support for his growing family.Michael was a highly skilled construction engineer that truly loved his work. Not only was he skilled in his craft, Michael was an extremely talented athlete, earning all European honors in two sports. As many know, Michael was a long time Dallas Cowboys fan and took advantage of every opportunity to show it.Michael A. Bailey was born in Tuscola, Illinois on August 5, 1987.
