William 'June' Hawthorne Jr. was born April 15, 1955, He was the third child of five children of the late William Hawthorne, Mother Mary Hawthorne. William Jr, was preceded in death by his father, William Hawthorne Sr, mother, Mary Hawthorne, Grandfather Rufus White, sister Carroll Nelson, brother, Rickie Hawthorne, and niece LaVeatrice D. Peazant. William a member of Cathedral of Faith Church of Pensacola Florida. He leaves to cherish him in memory three loving sisters, Ann (Cleo) Peazant, of Navarre Florida, Delisa (Ulysees) Bridges of Altus Oklahoma, and Christine Washington, of Atlanta Ga, one brother Vernon (Belinda) Hawthorne, of Jacksonville, Florida, one grandson Nathan Ekiss, Two stepdaughters Allison Ekiss, of Pensacola, Florida, and Ashley Daniel of Virginia (My Rugrats). Nephews: Cleo Jr (Corrina) Peazant, Vernon W. Hawthorne, of Jacksonville Florida, Tabias Peazant, Dairus (Maria) Peazant, of Navarre Florida, Gabriel Hornsby, of Bentonville Arkansas. Nieces: Velisica (Lymon) Hornsby, Gabrielle Hornsby Smith, Ariel Hornsby, of Bentonville Arkansas, Shamika Griffin of Jacksonville, Florida, Starr Peazant, Angell Traywick, Kayli Peazant, and Yvonne Ford of Navarre Florida, our dearly devoted cousin and Our Pastor, Pastor Jack Hawthorne of Pensacola Florida, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Special friend Barbara Whitley and Charlotte Auth, of Fort Walton Beach Florida. A Service will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 with visitation at 1:00 PM and service at 2:00 PM at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 5627 N. Davis Highway, Pensacola, Florida 32503.
