Obituary of Richard Eugene Billotte
Richard Eugene Billotte, age 81, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Thursday March 23, 2023.
He was born October 25, 1941 in Harrison, Pennsylvania to Morris Billotte and Helen Dunlap.
Richard joined the U.S. Air Force on January 5, 1962, working as a Avionics Naval Systems Tech for 23 years. During this time he helped develop the navigational systems for airplanes.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Hostettler; wife, Toni Edge; son, Sean Alan Billotte; half sister, Patti Carnier; and half brother, Gary Sanborn Sr.
