Obituary of Windle Joe Fowler

Windle Joe Fowler, aka "Odd Job Joe", went to his heavenly reward suddenly and unexpectedly April 13, 2023.

Joe Fowler was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, on November 28, 1946.  He was the son of E.O. and Arvilla Fowler.  He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.

 

Joe had three loves in his life: his family, his work, and fishing.  He leaves behind the light of his life, his daughter, Melanie Jo Brassfield (Anthony) and his granddaughter, Shana Faith Brassfield of Olive Branch, Mississippi.  Joe also leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Anne Fowler; step-son, Michael Fritz; and step-grandchildren, Amanda Fritz, Kala Fritz, Brandon Fritz, Ian Fritz, CJ Locke, and Shannon Locke.  Joe was one of 12 children and leaves behind two brothers and six sisters, and many many nieces and nephews.  Joe's life consisted of family, fishing and his love for his work.  He will forever live in our hearts and he will forever be missed.  Joe leaves behind a legacy of kindness to others.
