Obituary of Milagros Bodon

Milagros Bodon, 69, of Mary Esther, Florida  passed into God's loving embrace on Friday, May 5, 2023.

Known as Millie, she was an excellent cook and loved her family deeply.  Millie was a loyal, kind and gracious person, always looking to help others.  She enjoyed laughing, listening  to music and dancing.  Her presence would light up a room.

Millie worked in Environmental Services as a Supervisor at Fort Walton Beach hospital for many years, as well as Destin Rehab.

Millie was born  on the island of Manhattan on July 7, 1953 to the late Norberta Benitez and Miguel A. Munoz, Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Luis A. Bodon Jr. (FL); children, Lisa Rodriguez (NY), and Luis A. Bodon III (FL); siblings, Feliz Manuel Munoz (PR), Marisol Lugos Munoz (FL), Lourdes Munoz Hernandez (FL), Alicia Munoz (NJ), and Michael Munoz (NJ); grandchildren, Dariana Rodriguez (NY), Joshua Ciprian (FL); great-grandchildren, Heylee Brito (NY), Jacob Ciprian (FL), and Jax Ciprian (FL).

Millie was predeceased by her brother, Miguel Angel Munoz Jr. (FL) and grandson, Justin Ciprian (NY).
