Obituary of Dr. Lucinda Ellis

It is heartbreaking to announce that DVM Lucinda "Willowsfire" Ellis has left this world. She passed away at the age of 70, surrounded by her daughter Carolyn Ellis,  brother Larry Ellis, and partner Tom Gay in hospice at Sacred Heart Hospital. She unfortunately lost her battle with a particularly fast-acting cancer that could not be treated successfully. She was a wildfire of love and empathy for all; from family and friends to pets and wildlife. The lives she touched and healed are uncountable. She loved to garden, play video games with her family, read fantasy books, and watch shows about dragons. May she find great peace in her afterlife with all those she loved and lost herself; including her mother Susan Ellis, father Locke Ellis, and late husband Russel Feister
