My deepest condolences to Carol's family. It was my honor and pleasure to work with Carol for several years at TRX in Milton, FL. Her ready smile and soothing tone were an oasis in the middle of chaos at times and I always appreciated that. She being from MA and me having roots in VT, we often shared stories of New England. She never lost her Boston-area accent and it always reminded me of my relatives when I would hear Carol's voice. I always considered Carol to be not only a colleague but also a friend. Though it has been a few years since I last saw her, I will always remember her love of life, that wonderful smile and, yes, that twinkle in her eye. Rest in peace, Carol, as your legacy lives on in your beloved family. Mitch Warden
