Obituary of Irma Greaux

Irma Greaux, 92, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away Monday, August 14 2023 surrounded by her family.
Irma was born in New York City on Saturday, September 20, 1930 to Manuel Nieto and Providencia
Oyola. Irma’s greatest accomplishment was the family she created. Her biggest joy was to be
surrounded by her family and Friends. She never met a stranger, and her sweet, energetic, and
optimistic nature made it impossible not to love her.

Irma is predeceased by beloved husband, Victor P. Greaux; parents, Manuel and Providencia Nieto; and
sister, Dilia Nieto.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Mitzie (Roy) Williams, Elizabeth (Butch) Lingerfelt,
and Patricia Greaux; son, Victor Greaux; grandchildren, Sheree (Jason) Tucker, Chantal Williams, Jeanelle
Velasquez, and Victoria Greaux; siblings, Iris (Jim) Lay, Elsie Nieto, and Angel Nieto; great-grandchildren,
Adrian Tucker, Christian O’Connor, Jon Voelkel, Ethan Vincent, and Brianna Perry; as well as a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Irma will be laid to rest next to her husband at Barrancas National Cemetery on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11:30 am 

A procession will leave from Family Funeral and Cremation no later than 11:00 am
