Obituary of Vicencio Paclibar Margallo Sr.

Vicencio Margallo, Sr. passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 72 in Pensacola, Florida. He was born on November 11, 1950, in the Philippines. Vicencio was a loving husband, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Vicencio was known as the patriarch of the family, and his presence brought joy and warmth to those around him. He had a passion for music and enjoyed singing karaoke and playing the guitar. His melodic voice and skillful strumming were always a highlight during family gatherings.

In addition to his musical talent, Vicencio cherished spending time with his family. He treasured every moment with his wife, Ma. Theresa Margallo, and leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. He is survived by his children Elisa Reidy, Alejandro Margallo, Ivy Saari, Ann Hayward (Alan), Ailene Margallo, Arsenia Margallo, and Vinia Laguda (Michael), his siblings, along with the many grandchildren and great-grandchildren across four countries.

Vicencio was preceded in death by his son, Vicencio Margallo Jr., his brother, Reynoso P. Margallo, and his parents Sotera Margallo and Cesario Margallo, Sr.

Details of a reception to honor him with friends and family will be provided once arrangements for his cremations have been finalized.

Vicencio's memory will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends. His kindness, love, and musical spirit will be deeply missed. May he rest in peace.
