Obituary of Billy Norman Bowen Jr

Billy Norman Bowen, Jr. passed away on November 2nd, 2023. Bill was born in Oxnard, CA on August 26, 1950 to Billy Norman Bowen, Sr., and Kathryn Burger Bowen Rochford.

He was raised in Oxnard and moved to Pensacola, FL during high school. He was a well known talented and accomplished artist based in Pensacola where he lived the rest of his life.

He made many good friends throughout the years and will be missed for his intelligent and witty conversation.

He was preceded in death by both parents, his grandparents, and beloved friend Bob Burns.

He is survived by his step-mother Christina Bowen,  his sister Bonnie Bowen (Greg Morley), all of Ventura, CA, his brother John Rochford (Laurel), of Virginia Beach, VA, nephew Bill Morley, and nieces Christina and Emily Morley.

A special thanks to his many good friends for their continued care and support, bringing meals and providing cheerful company, especially Sue Brodowsky, who helped him in so many ways during the last several years of his illness.

A memorial service is pending, and will be held at the Handle Bar, in Pensacola.
