Gulf Breeze, Fl | Diane M. Nelson, 71, formerly of Sioux City, IA passed away at home peacefully on 11/11/23.

Per her wishes, Diane was cremated and a small private memorial service will be held at a later date to be determined. 

Diane was born to Elmer and Velva Nelson Jun. 6th, 1952, in Sioux City Ia. Diane dedicated her life to being a loving mother and homemaker. 

Survivors include her 2 sons; Brad Koetters of Gulf Breeze, FL and Shawn Phillips (wife-Tiffany) of Altoona, IA and 6 Grandchildren. 

She as preceded in death by her parents. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made in Diane's name to Covenant Hospice of Pensacola, FL.
