Obituary of Patricia Ann Van Liere

Patricia Ann Van Liere, Age 54, departed this earthly life on January 20th, 2024.  She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on February 17th,1969 to Garland and Geraldine Skaggs.

She moved to Choctaw Beach, Florida and graduated from Freeport High School.  She met the father of her children, Robert Van Liere while working at Food World, they were married for 22 years. She later pursued a career as a CNA.  Patricia always said her greatest accomplishment in life was becoming a mother to her three children.

Patricia is survived by her children, Willam Peter Van Liere Il (Jessica Hope), Jessica Marie Van Liere, and Sarah Ann Van Liere; grandson, Willam Peter Van Liere Ill and 5 grandpets; sisters, Eleanor Owens(Joel) and Norma Jean West(John); brother, William Skaggs; three nieces, four nephews, four great nieces, and six great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Geraldine Skaggs; and half brother, Terry Skaggs.
