Linda Harding posted a condolence
Tuesday, February 6, 2024
Emily loved her Lord and faithfully read her well-worn Bible daily as long as she could. She loved most types of music, and I'll remember her sweet rendition of "You Are My Sunshine" as long as I live. She could remember those lyrics when all else had failed and slipped by the wayside. Music was an integral part of her life from her days in Robertsdale High School's band (3 instruments!) to favorite songs via records, tapes, and radio. She lived and loved music.
My beloved Aunt Emily was a treasured member of our family, and we all miss her a great deal. I love you, Auntie Em!

She was predeceased by her eight siblings:
Eura Lee Harding, Willa Culp, Ruby Morris, Lucille Wojcik, Luvonia Hobbs, William Hobbs, Albert Hobbs, and Gary Hobbs.
In her last year she spoke of her parents, sisters, and brothers often. They are all together once again.

My beloved Aunt Emily has gone to be with her Lord. She was more than an aunt; she was my best friend and a mother figure. I will love you forever, Auntie Em.
