Obituary of Denzil H Chambers Jr

We celebrate the life of Denzil “Poppy/Pappy” Chambers, 81. Born 17August1942, leaving his earthly body peacefully on 03February 2024.
He was a Son, Brother, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle, Nephew, and Friend. He is from Uniontown, PA and moved to Milton Fl in 2000.
He worked as an Industrial Tire Serviceman. He Proudly Served with the US Army Active Duty and Reserves – Serving Active Duty during Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Retired in 2000.
He had many talents and would refer to himself as “ A Jack of all trades and Master of none.” He Loved teaching his skills to anyone who wanted to learn.
He strongly believed in helping those in need. He volunteered his time with Family Promise, the Church Food Program and the Boy Scouts (years ago).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Denzil Sr and Mable “Ruth” Chambers, and Grand Daughter Nikki Chambers.
He is survived by Wife Lona Chambers, Son Denzil “Buddy” Chambers III, Daughter Adrienne Chambers McWilliams, Grandchildren; Amber Chambers Ciganik
Devon Chambers (wife Krista ), Kevin McWilliams, Great Grand children Greyson Chambers , Colt McWIlliams, and Cole Ciganik , Brother , Sister and multiple nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 21 2024 at Barrancas Nation Cemetery in Pensacola Fl at 11:30 am. a procession will form and Olive Baptist Church Warrington Campus at 11:00 am
