Obituary of Geraldine Joyce Chopp

Geraldine "Joyce" Chopp, 83, of Pensacola, FL passed away on February 19, 2024. She was born on October 16, 1940 in Canonsburg, PA and lived in western Pennsylvania until 1987, when she moved to Pensacola with her husband, Jerry, an engineer with Westinghouse.

Joyce was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  She loved taking care of her home and cooking for her family, especially on holidays and special occasions. The light of her life was her three grandsons, whose soccer games and school functions she religiously attended for many years. In February, 2018 Joyce lost her husband, the love of her life.

She is survived by her two children: a daughter, Rhonda (Chuck) Iserman and son, Randy (Sheila) Chopp, and three grandsons, Justin Iserman, Jared Iserman and Jordan Iserman.

A funeral mass will be held at the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Church on Tuesday, March 19th at 1:00pm.
